Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every order placed on velmiraae.shop. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you accept these terms in the version shown at the time of your order. You can save or print this page.
1. Who we are
velmiraae.shop is operated by BORDERLINE APPAREL LIMITED, trading as VELMIRAAE, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 08641570. 2. Who can order
Our shop is intended for consumers aged 18 or over who buy for personal use and have a delivery address in one of the countries listed on our Shipping page. We do not sell for resale or wholesale.
3. Products and images
Each product page describes the design, colour, construction and sizes available. Images are intended to show the design as accurately as possible; the colour you see may vary slightly depending on your screen. Items styled with a product in an image (for example a blouse worn under a vest) are not included unless the product name and description say so. Measurements are listed in our Size Guide.
4. How a contract is made
The product pages are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. When you click “Place order and pay” you make a binding offer to buy the items in your bag. Before that, you can review and correct all your details on the checkout page. We then send an email confirming that we have received your order and accepted it; the contract is concluded when you receive this order confirmation. If we cannot accept an order (for example if an item is unavailable), we tell you and refund any payment immediately.
The contract language is English; this site is also available in German, Danish and French. We store the order details. You receive them by email together with our withdrawal information, and these terms remain available on this page.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country (US dollar, euro, pound sterling, Danish krone, Swedish krona, Norwegian krone or Swiss franc) and are charged in that currency. For delivery addresses in the United Kingdom and the EU, prices include VAT. For Norway, Switzerland, the United States and Canada, prices do not include import duties or local taxes, which may be collected by the carrier on delivery. Delivery costs are shown separately before you pay; see Shipping.
If a price is obviously wrong because of a technical error, we are not obliged to supply at that price; we will contact you and you may cancel.
6. Payment
You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal); we do not see or store your full card details. Your payment is taken when you place the order. More details: Payment & Security.
7. Delivery
We dispatch within 1–3 business days and deliver to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times and costs are listed on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominate.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The full withdrawal information, the model withdrawal form and our return process are on the Returns & Withdrawal page, which forms part of these terms.
9. Faulty goods and your statutory rights
We must supply goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty or not as described, you have statutory rights (in the UK under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; in the EU a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years). Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights.
11. Intellectual property
All designs, text, images and graphics on this site belong to BORDERLINE APPAREL LIMITED or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use; any other use requires our written permission.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
If you have a complaint, please email us first — we aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
