Shipping
We deliver to the United Kingdom, all EU countries, Norway, Switzerland, the United States and Canada. Every order is sent with tracking.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Delivery times and costs
Delivery times below are counted from dispatch and are estimates from the carrier, not guaranteed dates. Costs are charged per order, in the currency of your delivery country, and are shown before you pay.

You choose the service at checkout. The shipping cost shown at checkout is the amount you pay for delivery.
Prices, VAT and import charges
- United Kingdom and EU: product prices include VAT at the rate of your delivery country. You will not be asked for VAT again on delivery.
- Norway, Switzerland, the United States and Canada: prices do not include import duties or local taxes. The carrier or customs authority may collect these from you on delivery according to local rules. We do not control or receive these charges.
Delivery problems
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout — we ship to the address you enter. If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@velmiraae.shop with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full.
If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was not collected, we will contact you. We refund the goods; the original delivery cost may be deducted if the failed delivery was caused by an incorrect address.
Returns
